The next meetings are 11th and 25th February 2020. Looking at the basic questions of our Faith- How do we know God? Who was Jesus? How should we live as Christians? Following a confirmation course called Faith by Peter Jackson and Chris Wright. All are welcome.

Our Monday ‘Drop in Coffee’ morning welcomes anyone affected by dementia, whether recently diagnosed or as a carer for someone who has a diagnosis. All will benefit from coming and having a chat enjoy a cup of Tea or Coffee and a biscuit served as usual from 10 30 am till noon.
A short prayer for the month ~ Loving God show us what a privilege it is that it is you we are serving. We place in your hands Lord all that we are, all that we do, everything we work for, the troubles that worry us, the thoughts that disturb us, each person that we work along side and each for whom we have responsibility. Amen.
If you have any good holiday snaps that you think would make nice backdrops for hymns or bible texts and would like to see them featured on the screen on a Sunday please give a digital copy to the projection team.
Ongoing contributions to the West Northumberland Food Bank of non-perishable food particularly cartons of long life milk, fruit juice, flavoured packs of noodles, jams & tinned meat, fish, fruit and vegetables continue to be welcomed as the need for food parcels is still necessary. The number of people seeking help has risen by 37% in the past year. Sue Applegarth will be happy to accept either food or alternately monetary donations. There is a basket in the Church Hall for any contributions. Please note that unfortunately the food bank is unable distribute food that is outside its sell by date.
Our Church is now open from 10 30 am ~ noon each Monday to serve coffee/tea, and to have a ‘natter’ or a time of ‘peace’.
We still need your loose change… We have now raised £1738. What a fantastic response we are having, not only from our own Church family but also from those we are reaching out to in the village! Don’t stop saving your coppers every little helps!
